Captain Harpreet Chandi, known as Polar Preet, achieved significant milestones in her Antarctic expeditions. Between November 13, 2022, and January 23, 2023, she completed a trek from Hercules Inlet to Reedy Glacier, surpassing the world record for the longest polar ski expedition by a woman, as well as the overall record. Chandi first made history in 2021 by trekking to the South Pole.
